What services does SailVisa exactly provide?
We provide end-to-end consultancy across six main areas: Schengen tourist visa consultancy, company formation in Kosovo, residence permit in Kosovo, language education in Kosovo, company formation in Estonia, and the Estonia startup visa.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No. The visa decision is entirely at the discretion of the relevant consulate, and no consultancy firm can guarantee approval. What we do is prepare your file to be as strong and compliant as possible to maximize the chance of approval.
How long does the process take?
Duration varies depending on the service type and the institution you apply to. Document preparation on our side usually takes a few business days, plus the consulate or official body's appointment and review time. We share a realistic timeline with you during the initial consultation.
How does pricing work — are there hidden costs later?
The consultancy fee is clarified at the start of the process and we do not request additional charges beyond the agreed amount. Third-party items such as consular fees, notary, translation and insurance are subject to official tariffs and are clearly stated upfront.
My visa was rejected before — can I still apply?
Yes. For files with a rejection history, we first analyze the reason for rejection, identify the weak or missing points, and structure the new application accordingly. Transparently declaring the previous rejection is important for the process.
Do I need to travel to Kosovo to set up a company there?
Most of the process can be handled with a power of attorney. We clarify which steps require your physical presence, depending on the company type and banking procedures, during the initial consultation.
Does the Estonia e-Residency card give me residence or visa rights?
No. e-Residency is only a digital identity that provides remote access to Estonia's digital services and company management; it does not grant residence permit, visa or citizenship rights. Residence rights require a separate application, such as the startup visa.
Can I get updates during the application process?
Yes. Each client is assigned an advisor who follows the process from start to finish; you can reach out directly before, during and after the application. Our working hours are 08:00 - 21:00.
