The Virginia Interscholastic Sailing Association (VISA) is a volunteer non profit organization that supports high school sailing in Tidewater Virginia.

VISA coed teams represented by both public and private schools. Most teams are organized as Varsity sports.

All VISA teams are members of MASSA, the Middle Atlantic Sailing Association. ISSA, the Interscholastic Sailing Association, is the governing body of high school sailing in the US. Any MASSA team is eligible to race in a VISA event.

All regattas are conducted by volunteer officials from individual schools.

Meetings are held each season to elect officers and update rules and procedures. Meeting Minutes are available upon request.
